Half of the stand area sold in less than 2 weeks
Just two weeks after the sale of stands for NutriFair 2025 opened, MESSE C can announce that half of the stand space has been sold. Among the 2024 exhibitors was Solarpark, which sold more than expected. Especially the close customer contact with company managers makes NutriFair a good fair, says the director from Solarpark.
The fair for livestock producers, NutriFair, recently opened up the sale of stands, and already two weeks later they can report that half of the stand space for the fair in 2025 has been sold. Project manager for NutriFair, Ida Brøgger Hahn, points to their thorough preparatory work as one of the reasons for the high demand for stands.
"This year we have again made a thorough analysis of the fair in 2024 to make sure that it is still the right offer that we have. It is important for us to make decisions that are based on real insights and not just gut feelings. That's why we always work analytically and test our ideas with both the fair committee and exhibitors," says NutriFair's project manager, adding:
"Our analysis based on this year's fair shows great satisfaction and support for NutriFair, and the number of bookings we have already received for the fair in 2025 confirms that."
Ida Brøgger Hahn also points to the fair's combination of visitors with decision-making power and well-prepared exhibitors as one of the reasons for NutriFair's success.
"From our side of the table, we have a responsibility to ensure that the visitors are relevant. It is important to us that NutriFair is a place where agricultural decision-makers meet for inspiring conversations and professional sparring. In addition, we have some committed exhibitors who prepare well before the fair, and we can see that combination results in satisfied exhibitors and warm leads," explains Ida Brøgger Hahn.

Full focus before, during and after the fair
The company Solarpark, which designs and sells solar cell solutions for agriculture, can sign off on that. They came to the fair well-improved, and were ready with good offers and ended up with four solar systems in the order book, which was more than expected. In addition, they also brought home several leads from the fair, with whom they are working to close a deal.
CEO of Solarpark, Jacob Engdal, also points to the composition of visitors as one of the reasons why they managed to close the deals at the fair:
"At NutriFair we have direct contact with the potential customers. It is the right people who take part in the fair - namely those who make the decisions on the farm and in the companies. Therefore, it was possible for us to close the trades already directly at the fair," says Jacob Engdal.
Jacob Engdal also says that NutriFair has been a good place for Solarpark to be present, as the company has had many customers in agriculture in recent years.
Jacob Engdal also points out that he believes the fair is at exactly the right time. He finds that visitors from agriculture have time to participate and focus on the fair when they are there.
"Our experience is that the visitors are genuinely present when they attend the fair, because there is not so much in the field that they have to look at at that time. Therefore, we get the full attention of the visitors, which gives us the opportunity to go more in-depth with potential customers," says Solarpark's CEO.
At Solarpark, they have been happy about the collaboration with NutriFair. Jacob Engdal mentions, among others, Kenneth Mølgaard Nielsen, who is associated with the fair as a sales consultant.
"Kenneth has been very helpful both before, during and after this year's fair. He helped us find a good location in the hall that made sense for us, and at the same time we were happy that he took the time to have a chat with us during and after the fair about our experience of the fair," says Jacob Engdal.
