NutriFair 2024 invites green exhibitors - will help the farmer in the climate fight

The fair, which takes place in week 3 2024, once again puts current topics on the agenda. NutriFair puts a spotlight on the energy and climate agenda and fills the halls with exhibitors who can ensure savings for the farmer - both on CO2 and on the wallet.

NutriFair 2024 is just around the corner, and the available stands are becoming fewer and fewer. Among this year's exhibitors are several companies that can help the farmer well on his way through the jungle of opportunities within green conversion.

It is a completely conscious strategy, explains project manager for NutriFair at Messe C, Ida Brøgger Hahn.

"NutriFair must be a topical experience for the visitors. We must ensure that the trade fair program includes the themes that are prevalent in the industry. One of those themes is the climate and energy agenda, which is why we have a big focus here. This applies both when we look at the exhibitors who are participating this year, but also in the stage programme," she explains.

Among others, the Danish company GreenFarm will come and give a presentation about their solution for the farmer - a local climate and energy system for the farm.

"We are really happy to be able to present the visitors with the latest climate and energy solutions for the farmer. We know that the industry is facing a change, and there will be some structural changes at the farms in order to meet the demands of the future. I think we take that into account with the program on the energy stage for January," says Ida Brøgger Hahn.

Among the exhibitors are also: UniSon, A-Consult Agro, Højgaards, KlimaEnergi and many more.

Tailor-made solutions for the farmer

Solar cells are also on the agenda, and KlimaEnergi has its debut as an exhibitor at NutriFair.

"It is the fair's energy theme that caught our interest, and agriculture is one of the industries on which we have the greatest focus right now. We would like to contribute to agriculture being made even greener, but especially also contribute to the farmer getting some solutions to save money. And that's why we had no doubt that we should take part in NutriFair," says marketing manager at KlimaEnergi Camilla Meldgaard.

KlimaEnergi tailors solutions for the individual farm – solar cell systems that can be adapted to the conditions, for example the roof of a single stable, or on the ground at an unused green area.

We have developed case calculations for several different types of agriculture, i.a. to the pig producer and cowshed.

"We have made calculations on savings when installing solar cells for each individual segment within agriculture, this gives the farmer the opportunity to get an overview of the benefits of solar cells for his particular farm, as well as an analysis of CO2 reduction and the financial framework," says Camilla Meldgaard.

NutriFair will be held on 17 and 18 January 2024. Tickets are free for professionals and can be obtained at NutriFair.dk.
